WHO WE ARE
U&WE HUB is the largest and most dynamic community of women entrepreneurs in Ukraine, founded in 2022. It is an ecosystem of programmes and regional hubs created to help women rebuild themselves, their businesses and, ultimately, their country.
We are building a support ecosystem that combines entrepreneurship, advocacy, and leadership to rebuild Ukraine.
That is why we created DIAMONDS — a space where Ukrainian women unleash the power of scale, action, influence and female leadership.

DIAMONDS is a closed community of women entrepreneurs from U&WE HUB that creates space for development, scaling, and new opportunities. Here, participants receive training, coaching, expert guidance, and business environment support, as well as access to exclusive opportunities for collaboration with large businesses and market leaders.
FOUNDER PROJECT
MARYNA SAPRYKINA — FOUNDER OF U&WE HUB AND CHAIR OF THE BOARD OF THE CSR UKRAINE
Maryna Saprykina is the Chair of the Board of the “CSR Development Center” and the founder of U&WE HUB, an initiative that supports the development of women’s entrepreneurship in Ukraine. For more than 15 years, Maryna has been shaping the ecosystem of responsible business in the country, combining training, corporate advisory work, and implementation aligned with the international standard ISO 26000. Since 2022, Maryna has been actively advancing women’s entrepreneurship and has raised over €1.5 million to support youth and women entrepreneurs in Ukraine. She is an expert in sustainable business development and holds an Executive Management Business Administration diploma (Sheffield, London). Maryna is the author of more than 16 books and created Ukraine’s first CSR book (2012) and CSR online course (2019). Her work spans a wide range of areas—from project management to shaping public policy in the field of social responsibility.
As the founder of U&WE HUB, Maryna initiates practical programs for women entrepreneurs—from psychological support, training on launching and scaling businesses, mentorship, and peer-to-peer exchanges to digital literacy development, a women-owned business catalogue, and partner programs, including those implemented with international organizations. A distinct focus of her work is creating systemic opportunities for women through initiatives and collaboration with government institutions, donors, financial institutions, businesses, and international partners.
